The Consortium CNAG is constituted under the agreement signed between the General State Administration though the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities (Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades) and the Generalitat de Catalunya through the Catalan Ministry of Research and Universities and the Catalan Ministry of Health (Departament de Recerca i Universitats i Departament de Salut), for the constitution of the Consortium for the exploitation of the Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico (CNAG).
The main governance boards of CNAG are the Board of Trustees and the Executive Commission.
